HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS
1: ASSESSMENT
IDENTIFY THE REAL PROBLEM
We will look at the big picture with you and get clear on the possible factors contributing to your injury. This involves:
1. Biomechanics assessment: How your body moves (mobility, muscle testing, biomechanics & training technique)
2. Training assessment: Factors inside the gym (training volume, intensity, consistency and type)
3. Lifestyle assessment: Factors outside the gym (activity levels, sleep, work and life stress)
3: PERSONALISED RECOVERY
REPAIR & RETURN STRONGER
The end goal is for you to get you back to doing the things your love, feeling stronger and more capable than you were before your injury! Each session we’ll work with you to:
1. Manage Symptoms & Increase Functional Capacity: Targeted techniques to accelerate your recovery.
2. Return to Activity: Tailored training focused around returning you to the activities/sports/tasks that you have been unable to do.
3. Progress to Performance: Improve your movement quality and increase movement capacity beyond where you were pre-injury.

TRAIN AROUND YOUR INJURY
Our priority here is to keep you training and moving safely throughout the rehabilitation process. We will work with you to highlight:
1. Aggravating exercises/ movements: These can slow down recovery so will be avoided and reintroduced at appropriate times.
2. Pain-free exercises/ movements: These are safe and important to continue for you to achieve your goals
3. Appropriate modifications: These ensure you continue to work towards your goals in a safe and effective way.
