GYMNASTICS

LIFT

Build full body strength and power using a combination of barbell, free-weight and bodyweight training!

Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned lifter, our focus on technique will ensure you achieve your strength goals and stay injury-free!

SWEAT

Take your fitness to new heights in this metabolic conditioning session that combines elements of CrossFit, Functional Fitness and High Intensity Interval Training.

With a focus on teamwork and a healthy dose of competition, you’ll never have more fun sweating!

OLY LIFT

Combine strength, power and skill on the barbell to master Olympic Weightlifting movements like the snatch, clean and jerk.

Imagine the perfect balance of individualisation from personal training and the energy from small group classes… THIS IS POWER HOUR!

Work closely with your designated coach to refine skills, target your specific goals, rehab injuries or work on areas that need extra attention.

HYBRID

Want all the gains in one session?

Our Hybrid class provides the perfect balance of Mobility, Strength, Skill and Functional Fitness through the fusion of your favourite classes

- MON: Sweat + Lift Class

- TUE/THU: Lift + Gymnastics

- FRI: Sweat + Oly Lift


What about Open Gym?

You’ll have the flexibility to access the gym at certain times before and after our classes (see Timetable). Our expert coaches will be available to help you work on:

  • Extra mobility, injury rehab or skills training

  • Any classes you’ve missed

  • A fully customised session (for the programming enthusiasts)
